A range of Stakeholder engagement activity has taken place to date. This has included:
- 12 drop-in events at the Strand Information Centre
- 3 AAP drop-in events
- 1 Demolition Plan drop-in event
- Presentations and Q&A to:
- Getting Involved Group
- In Another Place
- Healthwatch
- PLACED Academy Workshop
- 2 letters delivered to Strand House residents
- Programme website, email address and phone number established and promoted
To date over 850 people have found out more about the Strand Repurposing Programme.
Strand redevelopment unit
Between October and December 2023, a dedicated unit was open in the Strand for visitors to come, view the plans, and ask any questions to our redevelopment team. Sefton Council is currently reviewing future arrangements for the unit and an update will be available shortly.
