To arrange a Bulky Items collection, use the My Service Portal or register with it if you haven't done so already.
We aim to schedule a collection within 15 working days of your request but this may vary with demand and your availability. We can only collect a maximum of 3 items per visit.
If your items are of good quality and could be donated to a charity take a look at the information on some of our local partner organisations - as many of them can arrange free collections.
